No. Attendees or guests don't have to register for an
InviEat account. Once the organiser or host shares the
unique link with them, attendees or guests can submit
their responses using the link.
Yes. The organiser or host can set an RSVP or response
deadline. If no deadline is specified, the link will
remain open until the start time of the event or gathering.
Yes. Each unique InviEat event or gathering link can
receive up to 500 responses.
Yes. Organisers and hosts can edit the event or gathering
details after sharing the link. Certain changes may result
in notifications being sent to attendees or guests who
have accepted or tentatively accepted the invitation.
Yes. If an attendee or guest tries to respond again using
the same email address, InviEat will inform them that a
response has already been saved.
They can update their response by validating their email
address using an OTP, provided that the unique event link
is still open.
If the organiser or host extends the deadline by editing
the event or gathering details, you will be able to submit
your response again.
Otherwise, you will need to contact the organiser or host
directly and provide your preferences or RSVP outside
InviEat.
There are two common reasons why you may not be able to
submit a response:
The event or gathering has reached the maximum
response limit of 200.
The deadline for submitting responses has passed.
Yes. Creating a unique InviEat link and collecting up to
500 responses is free.
Depending on the options selected by the host, guests can

Yes. You can share your unique InviEat link through
WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Teams, SMS/text messages,
internal communication platforms, or include it in an
existing event invitation.
Yes. When creating an invitation, the host can select the
dietary preferences and allergy or restriction options
that should be available to guests.
Yes. RSVP collection is optional. When enabled by the host,
guests can provide their RSVP response together with their
dietary preferences and restrictions using the same unique
event link.
Yes. When RSVP is enabled, attendees who accept or
tentatively accept the invitation can receive a calendar
invitation for the event.
Yes. Hosts can view responses online and download a
consolidated dietary requirements report to help with
catering, menu and venue planning.
Once an event or gathering reaches the maximum of
500 responses, additional guests will not be able to
submit a response through that link.
